Operating Principle of Membrane Filter Press Machine
While operating, the pushing device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between head plate and end plate. Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials which are pump into filter chambers through the feeding port in end plate. Solid particles are blocked in filter chamber and form filter cakes, while liquid is discharged out of machine through filter clothes. Diaphragm filter press can perform secondary squeezing after the filtering process completed.
Introduction of Membrane Filter Press
Membrane filter press is a kind of dewatering equipment, apply to various solid-liquid separation. When the chamber is full of cakes, the feeding valve will be closed, and the air compressor will blow high pressure air into the membrane to make it expand(the membrane also can be charged by water), then a high pressure is produced. The cake will be squeezed by this pressure and the moisture will reduce by second times, so as to get better dewatering effect.
Features of Membrane Filter Machine
1.The most important feature of membrane filter press is it can secondary squeezing to ensure lowest liquid content in filter cakes.
2.Air pressing or water pressing can be selected for squeezing filter plate with pressure 1.2~1.6MPa, this process is designed for reducing moisture content in cake and increase solid rate by 8%-35%.
3.SINO filter press can produce drier cake by their advanced air blow and squeezing system.
4.The filter cycle can be shortened.
5.Use buttons on the control panel to control continuous actions, and safe in operation with multiple safety devices.
6.With a high degree of automation.
7.The membrane sheet is made of TPE elastomer, which can withstand higher pressure.

Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, dye, metallurgy, pharmacy, food, paper making, coal washing,water treatment and sewage treatment and so on all kinds of solid-liquid separation is required.
Maintenance of Filter Press
The maintenance of filter press is very important, it must pay attention to the following aspects:
1.Carefully check at any moment whether all joints are reliable, and whether all components work well. If any abnormal situation is found, urgently inform the maintainers to check and repair.
2.Regularly check the sealing edges of filter plates to ensure the smoothness and cleanness before pressing.
3.Frequently wash the filter cloth and carefully check the filter cloth to ensure it without fold, damage and slag to keep it flat and in good condition, so as to guarantee the filtration performance.
