How to work:
When the filter press is working, the filter plate is installed with filter cloth and arranged on the beam of the filter press in order, the cloth holes are aligned with the plate holes, and the filter cloth is not allowed to be folded. Turn the jack down and lay it flat, turn the hand wheel, drive the screw to push the pressing plate through the gear set, and press the filter plate and filter cloth between the pressing plate and the thrust plate. Turn on the feed pump, and the liquid material enters each filter chamber from the feed hole on the thrust plate. The solid particle size is larger than the gap of the filter cloth and is trapped in the filter chamber to form a filter cake layer, and the liquid is discharged from the liquid hole through the filter cake and the filter cloth. After the filtration is over, when loosening the jack, pull the support teeth up and turn them down, until the insert rod is pulled to loosen, turn the jack up, pull open the filter plate, and start to unload the slag, clean the filter cloth, etc. At this point, a work cycle ends.
