Product Description

The automatic membrane filter press can realize automatic filter cakes discharging, not need worker operate. When a cycle finished and cake formed, the filter cake will be secondarily squeezed in order to get the lowest cake moisture content. Then the filter cakes will be discharged by the plate shifters, which are the automatic devices on both beams. All those actions are controlled by PLC to achieve the full automatic.

Operating Principle of Membrane Filter Press:
While operating, the close device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between head plate and end plate. Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials will be pumped into filter chambers through the feeding port on end plate. Solid particles are blocked in filter chamber by filter clothes and form filter cakes, while liquid is discharged out of machine through filter clothes, thus realize the filtering process.

1.Filter frame is made of high quality Q235 Carbon Steel. Have a large structure strength, stable performance and higher quality.
2.Filter plates are made of strengthened polypropylene, and adopt international advanced TPE membrane technology, so have high in strength, light in weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odorless.
3.Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve. High squeeze pressure.
4.Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or brand Electrical components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.
5.Easy to operate, lower running cost,safe and reliable.
6.Can realize automatic clean filter clothes.
7.High automation and save labour.
8.Reduce filtration time and shorter cycle time.
9.Lower filter cakes moisture and easy to discharge filter cakes.
