What is a Membrane Filter Press?
A membrane filter press is a very effective tool intended to separate solids and liquids (dewatering) using pressure driven by feed pumps. After the cake is formed, the membrane plate will be injected with compressed air or high-pressure water, thus the membrane filter plate will be swelled to squeeze the filter cakes again, thus additionally decreasing the cake moisture.

7. According to your material we will recommend a special filter cloth, which can improve the filtering accuracy and efficiency.
8. Main beam material is Q235B/Q345B, with sandblasting processing.
9. Hydraulic station adopts an ABB motor to ensure stable performance.
10. Hydraulic squeezing ensures no leakage to avoid secondary pollution.
11. Cabinet elements adopt famous international brands: Siemens etc.

2. Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed with plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in wooden cases. If you need the entire wooden case please inform us in advance.
After-sales Service of Membrane Plate Filter:
1. Documents supplied: Foundation/Circuit Diagram/Filter Cloth (or Filter Plate).

------1. What is Membrane Filter Press?
