Product Description
This is Automatic Once Open Filter Press for Brewery Factory.
It is driven by an extended cylinder, and the first element is matched with an extended frame. Each filter plate is connected by a stainless steel chain or sliding plate, and the filter plate can be opened all at once under the drive of the pressing plate.

How to work:
The membrane filter press is composed of a diaphragm plate and a box filter plate to form a filter chamber. Under the action of the infusion pump pressure, the slurry is input into the filter chamber, and the solid and liquid in the slurry are separated through the filter cloth. When the solids in the slurry form a filter cake, the diaphragm cavity of the diaphragm plate is filled with high-pressure compressed air (high-pressure water), and the diaphragm plate is swelled to achieve secondary pressing of the filter cake to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake. After the extrusion is finished, close the air inlet valve (water inlet valve), open the air release valve (water discharge valve) to vent the air in the diaphragm cavity, and then release the filter plate for unloading. The diaphragm filter press is suitable for users who have high requirements for the filtration of adhesive materials and water-containing materials.
