Product Description

The automatic chamber filter press can realize automatic filter cakes discharging, no need workers to operate. When a cycle is finished and the cake is formed, the filter cakes will be discharged by the plate shifters, which are the automatic devices on both beams. All those actions are controlled by PLC to achieve the fully automatic.

Working Principle

Operating Principle of Chamber Filter Press:

While operating, the close device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter cloths between the head plate and the end plate. Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials will be pumped into filter chambers through the feeding port on the end plate. Solid particles are blocked in the filter chamber by filter clothes and form filter cakes, while the liquid is discharged out of the machine through filter clothes, thus realizing the filtering process.

Packaging & Delivery of Filter Press Machine:
Delivery: around 3 weeks. 
Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed with plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in a wooden case. If need a full wooden case pls inform in advance. 

After-sales Service of Filter Press Machine:
1. Documents supplied: Foundation/Circuit Diagram/Filter Cloth (or Filter Plate).
2. Site commissioning, installation, and training service are valid. 
3. Warranty: 13 months after B/L data.
