SINO Belt Filter Press

The stainless steel belt filter press is used to dehydrate the sludge after flocculation by gravity dehydration, wedge dehydration area, pressing dehydration area, and filter pulp to remove most of the saturated water to complete the dehydration of the sludge. After the filter belt passes through the unloading device, the cake is hung and scraped off the filter belt. Finally, the upper and lower filter belts are cleaned and regenerated and then returned to the gravity dehydration area, thus completing a sludge dehydration cycle.

1. The conditioning and stirring tank uses a 0.25 kW motor (1 unit, speed 35 r.p.m.) to drive the three-leaf spiral blades to rotate and stir crosswise, so the coagulant and concentrated sludge are completely mixed and reacted.
2. The speed of the machine should be able to be adjusted smoothly, and its system indication should be consistent with the actual speed of the machine.
3. The filter cloth drive adopts the synchronous drive of the upper and lower filter cloths, the walking speed is 1~7m/min, and the filter cloth is an imported filter cloth with a service life of >8000 hours.
4. The belt-type concentrator is driven by a motor, the output speed should be adjustable, the operation of all moving parts should be smooth, the noise is s65dB (A), and the bearings are imported genuine factory products.
5. The cleaning device consists of a spray pipe and 52 copper alloy spray nozzles. The spray range should cover the entire filter cloth width, and each nozzle should be replaceable.
6. The cleaning device has good sealing, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning, and there is no splashing of flushing water to wet the mud cake.
7. The structure and performance of the cleaning water pump can meet the needs of cleaning the filter cloth.
