Operating Principle of Membrane Filter Press Machine:
While operating, the pushing device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between the head plate and the end plate. Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials that are pressured by the pump get into filter chambers through the feeding port in the end plate. Solid particles are blocked in the filter chamber and form filter cakes, while the liquid is discharged out of the machine through filter clothes.

Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed with plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in wooden cases. If need full wooden case pls inform us in advance.
