Introduction of Hydraulic Filter Press:

Hydraulic Filter Press mainly composed of the electrical control system, hydraulic control system and the frame. When the equipment is operating, the hydraulic cylinder is driven to reach the designated position. Then the hydraulic cylinder is extended and all the filter plates are pressed together against each other to form a closed filter chamber. The slurry is pumped into each filter chamber through feeding holes by feeding pump, the material is trapped in the filter chamber, and filtrate is discharged out of the machine. After a period of time, the filtrate does not flow out and the filtration process is completed. After that, the filter plates are pulled open. Finally, discharge the filter cake, clean filter cloth, then enter the next filter cycle.

Working Principle

Principle of Hydralic Filter Press
The material is pumped into the filter press and dewatered under pressure. A cloth that is attached to both sides of a filter plate. Solid particles are trapped in filter chambers to form cakes, while liquid is discharged out of the machine through press cake and filter cloth.
