Waste Water Automatic PP Membrane Plate Filter Press Machine
Membrane filter press have difference compared with general filter press. Membrane filter press consists of diaphragm filter plate and chamber filter plate in order. They have a chamber that can be inflated. And they common method is compressed air or high pressure water. Filter cake be secondarily squeezed, so that, they can reduce the cake moisture content, shorted the filtration cycle time and decrease the running cost. Widely used for various industries. Especially suitable for materials that is difficult to be filtered.
Operating principle of filter press machine:
While operating, the pushing device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between head plate and end plate.Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials which are pressure by pump get into filter chambers through the feeding port in end plate. Solid particles are blocked in filter chamber and form filter cakes, while liquid is discharged out of machine through filter clothes.

1.Filter frame is made of high quality Q235 Carbon Steel. Have a large structure strength.
2.Filter plates are made of strengthened polypropylene, and adopt international advanced TPE membrane technology, so have high in strength, light in weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odorless.
3.Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve.
4.Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or brand Electrical components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.
5.Reduce filtration time and shorter cycle time.

7.Lower filter cakes moisture and easy to discharge filter cakes.
8.Decrease cake washing time. High efficiency and big capacity.
