Product Description

The filter press can realize automatic filter cakes discharging,not need worker operate.when a cycle finish and cake formation. The cake can be discharged automatically. And such sludge dewatering device also can add other automatic devices which is controlled by PLC to achieve the fully automatic, for example, drip tray, belt conveyor and so on.

Working Principle

Operating Principle of Filter Press:

While operating, the pushing device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between head plate and end plate.Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials which are pressure by pump get into filter chambers through the feeding port in end plate. Solid particles are blocked in filter chamber and form filter cakes, while liquid is discharged out of machine through filter clothes.
