Product Description

The chemical filter press can realize automatic filter cake discharging, not needing a worker to operate it. when a cycle finishes and cake formation. The cake can be discharged automatically. And such sludge dewatering devices also can add other automatic devices which are controlled by PLC to achieve the fully automatic, for example, drip tray, belt conveyor, and so on.

Operating Principle of Filter Press Machine:
While operating, the pushing device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between the head plate and the end plate. Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials that are pressured by the pump get into filter chambers through the feeding port in the end plate. Solid particles are blocked in the filter chamber and form filter cakes, while the liquid is discharged out of the machine through filter clothes.
