Air Pressure Membrane Pump Filter Press Feed Pump
Product Description
Pneumatic Membrane Pump Principle:
A membrane pump (also known as a diaphragm pump or pneumatic diaphragm pump) is a positive displacement pump that uses a combination of the reciprocating action of a diaphragm sheet to pump a fluid.
Pneumatic Membrane Pump Features:
1. Air driven.
2. The pump can not over heated, and no harmful gas is discharged.
3. No electric spark.
4. Bigger solids also can be passed and have no block.
5. Do not damage solids.
6. Has suction ability.
7. Can empty running without risk.
8. Can work underwater.
9. Widely used, even for viscous materials.
10.No complicated control systems and easy to operate.
11. Compact design and lighter, easy to be moved.
12. Easy to maintain.
Pneumatic Membrane Filter Press Benefits:
1. The material is engineering plastics, so it's corrosion-resistant and hard-wearing.
2. Use two connection methods: flange and screws for customer's convenience.
3. The direction of the outlet is adjustable (customized).
4. Easy to install and the bolts use S.S. material.
5. Membrane sheet material is imported and has a long life span.
6. Valve balls are further processed. A high circular degree ensures high sealing performance.
7. The valve balls use 4 bolts to be fixed, so it has high sealing performance, and the suction can be 4-7 meters.
8. A new oriented air valve makes the lowest air consumption and running cost.
9.No need for lubricants and can empty running.
