Operating Principle of Membrane Filter Press Machine:
While operating, the pushing device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between the head plate and the end plate. Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials are pumped into filter chambers through the feeding port in the end plate. Solid particles are blocked in the filter chamber and form filter cakes, while the liquid is discharged out of the machine through filter clothes. The membrane filter press can perform secondary squeezing after the filtering process is completed.
Introduction of Membrane Filter Press
Membrane filter press is a kind of dewatering equipment, apply to various solid-liquid separations. When the chamber is full of cakes, the feeding valve will be closed, and the air compressor will blow high-pressure air into the membrane to make it expand(the membrane also can be charged by water), then high pressure is produced. The cake will be squeezed by this pressure and the moisture will reduce by the second time, so as to get a better dewatering effect.

2. Air pressing or water pressing can be selected for squeezing the filter plate with pressure 1.2~1.6MPa, this process is designed for reducing moisture content in cake and increasing solid rate by 8%-35%.
