Audited Supplier The frame is the basic component of the filter press. The frame part plays the role of supporting the pressing device and the filter plate. It is composed of a machine base, a pressing plate (head plate), and a thrust plate (tail plate). The beams on both sides connect the two, and the beams are used to support the filter plate, the filter frame, and the compression plate. The cylinder is also part of the frame.
Rack production process: First, gas-cut carbon steel Q235 or Q345 or steel plate as required, and then perform welding by second-protection welding as required. The welded semi-finished products are then sandblasted and trusted, and then drilled for mounting. Then carry out the debugging of the machine, putty, surface grinding, and other operations. Three-layer spray painting is the final process of the finished rack.
The functions of each structural component are as follows:
1. Thrust plate: Fix the feed end plate of the polypropylene filter plate, and the feed through the pipe, which is connected with the outrigger to locate one end of the filter press on the bracket, and the middle of the thrust plate of the box filter press is the feed hole, The four corner holes are used as process holes for filter cake washing, liquid discharge, and air blowing.
2. Compression plate: It is used for pressing the filter plate, the pulleys on both sides are used to support the pressing plate to move forward or backward on the rail of the girder.
3. Beam: It is for supporting the filter plates.

2. Using gas cutting, the cutting shape, and thickness that are difficult to be produced by the mechanical cutting method can be realized, and the gas cutting opening is neat.
3. The welding process adopts two-protection welding, which has good welding quality, good crack resistance of the weld, beautiful shape, and small deformation of the weldment.
4. The finished rack is strong and stable, and the final 3-layer painting is carried out through sandblasting and rust removal, putty grinding, and other processes. The paint surface is smooth and stable.
5. Thickened coating is anti-corrosion and durable
