Product Description

How to work:

      The structure consists of a motor, an oil pump, a relief valve (regulating pressure), a reversing valve, a pressure gauge, an oil circuit, and an oil tank. The electric contact pressure gauge controls the pressing force of the automatic pressure-holding filter press. The upper and lower limit pointers of the pressure gauge are set to the values required by the process. When the pressing force reaches the upper limit of the pressure gauge, the power supply is cut off. The oil pump stops the power supply, the pressing force drops due to the possible internal leakage and external leakage of the oil circuit system. When it drops to the lower limit pointer of the pressure gauge, the power supply is turned on, and the oil pump starts to supply oil. When the pressure reaches the upper limit, the power supply is cut off and the oil pump stops Supplying oil, to achieve sufficient pressing force. The hydraulic station can adopt the vertical structure and horizontal structures.
    The hydraulic system is composed of an oil cylinder, a one-way valve (pressure-retaining valve), reversing valve, a valve body, a filter, and a fuel tank. The critical element is the cylinder,
