Product Description

            The filter press is auto Membrane Filter Press with Belt Conveyor. The plate type is Membrane filter plate.
            This membrane filter plate is welded by a three-layer structure, and the interior is hollow. It is a filter press with an elastic membrane between the filter plate and the cloth. The two sides are called the diaphragm, and the middle is called the heart. The diaphragm filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene.

Working Principle

The membrane filter press is composed of a diaphragm plate and a box filter plate to form a filter chamber. Under the action of the infusion pump pressure, the slurry is input into the filter chamber, and the solid and liquid in the slurry are separated through the filter cloth. When the solids in the slurry form a filter cake, the diaphragm cavity of the diaphragm plate is filled with high-pressure compressed air (high-pressure water), and the diaphragm plate is swelled to achieve secondary pressing of the filter cake to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake. After the extrusion is finished, close the air inlet valve (water inlet valve), open the air release valve (water discharge valve) to vent the air in the diaphragm cavity, and then release the filter plate for unloading. The diaphragm filter press is suitable for users who have high requirements for the filtration of adhesive materials and water-containing materials.
