XMZ 700 Automatic Recessed Chamber Filter Press For Wastewater Treatment
 

Round Filter Press is used for solid-liquid separation of various suspending liquid in intermittent pressure filtration. It consists of frame, filter plate, pressing system and electric control cabinet.

Advantage of Round Filter Press: 
1. Beam: High quality carbon steel and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter plate: Polypropylene with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength.
3. Filter cloths. High quality filter press ensure filtrate clean enough.
4. Hydraulic pressing system. Better sealing performance and can endure high feeding pressure to get better filtering effect.
5. Electric control cabinet. Adopts PLC control cabinet with international 1st brand electrical components.

Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed by the plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in wooden case. If need full wooden case pls inform in advance.
