The filter press is an intermittent pressure filtration equipment for solid-liquid separation. It consists of a frame, filter plate pack, filter medium (filter cloth or filter paper), pressing system, and electric control cabinet.
While operating, the pushing device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between the head plate and the end plate. Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials that are pressured by the pump get into filter chambers through the feeding port in the end plate. Solid particles are blocked in the filter chamber and form filter cakes, while the liquid is discharged out of the machine through filter clothes.
Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, dye, metallurgy, pharmacy, food, paper making, coal washing, water treatment and sewage treatment and so on all kinds of solid-liquid separation are required.

Delivery: around 3 weeks.
Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed with plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in wooden cases. If you need the entire wooden case please inform me in advance.
