Introduction of Stainless Steel Filter Press
There are two kinds of stainless steel filter press:
1.The beam of stainless steel filter machine is ss304 coating, and the filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene.
2.A filter press machine with stainless steel filter plate.
3. The filter medium can be filter cloth or filter paper.
Working Principle of Stainless Steel Filter Press
Material is pumped into every closed filter chamber by feeding pump, liquid is discharged out of the tail plate, leaving solid particles in the chambers to form into filter cakes. As normal filter press, SUS filter press also can be closed by manual jack, manual hydraulic, electrical hydraulic.
Advantages of Stainless Steel Filter Press Plant
1.The material of frame is Q345B, which tensile strength is 1.4 times of Q235, it makes filter press can be operate more safe and stable.
2.The whole device is designed to be sealed, less filtrate leakage, better filtering result and higher filtering efficiency.

4.It's easy to clean. The whole structure is coated by stainless steel.
