1st, if your filter press model is small, then the manual cake discharging is better and higher efficiency. Normally 870 series and smaller model is popular use manual cake discharging.

2nd, if your budget is limited, then manual cake discharging has high cost performance.

But if filter press plate size is over 1250mm, automatic cake discharging is best choice.
