Working Principle

Operation principle of Belt filter press:

The operation principle of the Belt filter press is that two filter clothes squeeze materials. The liquid is discharged out of the machine through the filter belt, while the solid particles form a filter cake and are trapped between the filter cloth. The belt filter press dewatered dewatering process including preprocessing, gravity dewatering, wedge-shaped dewatering, and squeezing dewatering. It is mainly used for all kinds of wastewater treatment, for example, paper, sewage, municipal, food, and so on.
