What is a Ming Filter Press?
The filter press is a very effective tool intended to separate solids and liquids using pressure driven by feed pumps. The filter presses consist of the framework, the filter pack, the cabinet, and the driven system. The base framework comprises a fixed head, a moving head, a closure system, and sidebars (or overhead beams). The filter pack consists of the filter plates stacked in the order that creates a hollowed chamber for solids collection. The major difference in the type of filter press is the style of plates used in the filter pack.

Applications of Mining Recessed Chamber Filter Press:
Metal Mines:
Various concentrates and tailing, say, iron, gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead, nickel, cobalt, titanium, aluminum,
magnesium, calcium, barium, tungsten, molybdenum, lithium, manganese, etc...
Non-Metal Mines:
Kaolin, bentonite, activated white clay, china clay, diatomaceous earth, clay, granite, feldspar, mica, graphite, gypsum, talc, fluorite, Wollastonite, quartz sand mine salt, potassium, magnesium, boron, phosphorus ore, pyrite, coals. rare earth etc...

6. According to your material we will recommend a special filter cloth, to improve the filtering accuracy and efficiency.
7. Main beam material is Q235B/Q345B, with sandblasting processing.
8. Hydraulic station adopts an ABB motor to ensure stable performance.
9. Hydraulic squeezing ensures no leakage to avoid secondary pollution.
10. Cabinet elements adopt international famous brands: Siemens Brand etc.

Packaging & Delivery of Mining Plate Filter:
Delivery: around 3 weeks.
Packing: The packing is seaworthy: The filter press will be packed with plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in wooden cases. If need a full wooden case pls inform us in advance.
After-sales Service of Mining Filter Press Machine:
1. Documents supplied: Foundation/Circuit Diagram/Filter Cloth (or Filter Plate).
2. Site commissioning, installation, and training service are valid.
3. Warranty: 13 months after B/L data.
