The automatic membrane filter press can realize automatic filter cakes discharging, not needing a worker to operate. When a cycle is finished and the cake is formed, the filter cake will be secondarily squeezed in order to get the lowest cake moisture content. Then the filter cakes will be discharged by the plate shifters, which are the automatic devices on both beams. All those actions are controlled by PLC to achieve the fully automatic.
Operating Principle of Membrane Filter Press:
While operating, the close device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between the head plate and end plate. Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials will be pumped into filter chambers through the feeding port on the end plate. Solid particles are blocked in the filter chamber by filter clothes and form filter cakes, while the liquid is discharged out of the machine through filter clothes, thus realizing the filtering process.
Delivery: around 3 weeks.
Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed with plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in wooden cases. If need a full wooden case pls inform me in advance.
