What is Gasketed Filter Press?
The filter press is a very effective tool intended to separate solids and liquids using pressure driven by feed pumps. The filter
presses consist of the framework, the filter pack, the cabinet, and the driven system. The base framework comprises a fixed
head, a moving head, a closure system, and sidebars (or overhead beams). The filter pack consists of the filter plates stacked in the order that creates a hollow chamber for solids collection. The major difference in the type of filter press is the style of plates
used in the filter pack.

Packaging & Delivery of Chemical Plate Filter:
Delivery: around 3 weeks.
Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed with plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station
and cabinet will be packed in wooden cases. If you need a full wooden case pls inform me in advance.
After-sales Service of Chemical Plate Frame Filter Press:
1. Documents supplied: Foundation/Circuit Diagram/Filter Cloth (or Filter Plate).
2. Site commissioning, installation, and training service are valid.
3. Warranty: 13 months after B/L data.
