Product Description

  The mining filter press can realize automatic filter cakes discharging, not needing worker to operate. When a cycle finishes and cake formation, the cake can be discharged automatically. And such sludge dewatering device also can add other automatic devices which is controlled by PLC to achieve the fully automatic, for example, drip tray, belt conveyor and so on.

Operating Principle of Mining Filter Press:
While operating, the pushing device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between head plate and the end plate. Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials that are pressured by the pump get into filter chambers through the feeding port in the end plate. Solid particles are blocked in the filter chamber and form filter cakes, while liquid is discharged out of machine through filter clothes.

Packaging & Delivery of Filter Press Machine:
Delivery: around 3 weeks. 
Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed by the plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in wooden case. If need full wooden case pls inform in advance.
