Product Description

The membrane filter press has differences compared with the general filter press. The membrane filter press consists of a diaphragm filter plate and chamber filter plate in order. They have a chamber that can be inflated. And the common method is compressed air or high-pressure water. Filter cake be secondarily squeezed, so that, they can reduce the cake's moisture content, shorten the filtration cycle time and decrease the running cost. Widely used for various industries. Especially suitable for materials that are difficult to be filtered.

 

Working Principle

While operating, the pushing device drives the head plate to press the filter plates and filter clothes between head plate and end plate.Then the filter chambers are formed among filter plates. Materials which are pressure by pump get into filter chambers through the feeding port in end plate. Solid particles are blocked in filter chamber and form filter cakes, while liquid is discharged out of machine through filter clothes.

Packaging & Delivery of  Plate Filter Press:
Delivery: around 3 weeks. 
Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed by the plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in wooden case. If need full wooden case pls inform in advance. 

After-sales Service of Filter Press Machine:
1. Documents supplied: Foundation/Circuit Diagram/Filter Cloth (or Filter Plate).
2. Site commissioning, installation and training service are valid. 
3. Warranty: 13 months after B/L data.
