Audited Supplier The frame is the basic component of the filter press. The frame part plays the role of supporting the pressing device and the filter plate. It is composed of a machine base, a pressing plate (head plate), and a thrust plate (tail plate). The beams on both sides connect the two, and the beams are used to support the filter plate, the filter frame, and the compression plate. The cylinder is also part of the frame.
Rack production process: First, gas-cut carbon steel Q235 or Q345 or steel plate as required, and then perform welding by second-protection welding as required. The welded semi-finished products are then sandblasted and derusted, and then drilled for mounting. Then carry out the debugging of the machine, putty, surface grinding, and other operations. The functions of each structural component are as follows:

3. Beam: It is for supporting the filter plates.
