Manual Hydraulic Filter Press with Plate and Frame Filter Plate
The hydraulic filter press is an Intermittent pressure filtration equipment for solid-liquid separation. It consists of a frame, filter plate pack, filter medium (filter cloth or filter paper), pressing system, and electric control cabinet. And the hydraulic filter press adapts electro connecting pressure gauge to realize pressure keeping. And have high pressure.
Operating princaple of hydraulic filter press
While operating, the pressing device drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth between push plate and tail plate,the filter chambers are formed between filter plate and filter cloth. Materials which are pressed by pump get into the filter chambers through the feeding port in tail plate. Solid particles are trapped in filter chambers form into cakes,while liquid is discharged out of the machine through press cake and press cloth.
